All of our orders are reviewed for accuracy prior to shipping. If we have any questions, we will attempt to contact you first by email-then via voice line (Phone). Orders are usually processed within a couple of hours of our receipt of your order and credit approval (If processed by bank card)
We will gladly honor a cancellation of any order if we are notified in a timely manner. If this is the case we will strive to cancel any charges you may have incurred during the order process. We will refund all charges except those charged to us for your processing. We cannot refund shipping costs for items shipped. Some of our products if shipped and returned may incur a restocking fee by our manufacturer. These cannot by refunded. It is a direct pass-through (We do not make any charges in addition to those charged to us).
